We got a late start as both of Eric's
rear derailleur
adjusting barrels were broken, causing bad shifting.

Before that repair we installed a tire
that had a huge hole. It caused several flats on the ride over.

Since the ride wasn't going to be long or
painful enough we put an extra loop on the ride.

These roads take us to the swinging
bridge to cross the Toe River.

After riding the bridge myself I notified
Eric that doing so was very dangerous!

The boards are going lengthways with big
gaps between the boards!

Stop!

Don't!

Don't stop!

I tried to talk him out of it!

Adults do the silliest things!

Do not do this at home!

We have to get on the Blue Ridge Parkway
by crossing the hay field and the fences and turnstiles.

Just a little path to get to the Parkway.

It's just a few miles to another Cane
Creek!

We're done son! It's now time for Doc
Chey's.
