Tour De Bakersville
19 miles

This Ride is for all abilities. It's a series of "out & backs" that include pottery and other craft shops as well as the
Dellinger Grist Mill
which is 3 miles from the start.
Ride as many miles as you'd like on flat, scenic roads.
Be sure to bring a camera as the ride winds up and down
Cane Creek, White Oak Creek,
Loggy Holler, and loops through one of the prettiest towns in America before it winds back to the "Inn" through
McKinney Cove.

The
Frankie & Charlie
Loop
24 miles

Rolling hills with majestic views of Mt. Mitchell.
Visit the Kona Church & find out about
"Frankie & Charlie".
This is a favorite route of the "local cyclists" such as Chris Boone,
record holder for the Blue Ridge Parkway, who also lives on "80" in the
Rebels Creek area.
The roads are curvy with hills that are not too difficult, and plenty of scenery.

The Roan Moan
67 miles

A hard & beautiful "metric century plus" with the annual climb over Iron Mountain with it's wild descent, the tour of "Simmerly Creek", "Tweetsie RR Grade and ascent of the most unique mountain in the east.
Ending with 15.7 miles
of fast riding,
almost all downhill,
back to
Bakersville
&
The Bicycle Inn

John Peterson
Memorial Challenge

100 miles

Gruelling! But one of the most beautiful rides you can do. It adds a climb over Unaka Mountain with a screaming downhill ride through the
"tree tunnel"
and into
Erwin, Tennessee
before joining the
"Roan Moan"
course.
8500 feet of climbing.
