Another election is coming
up.
One candidate is more "pro-war. The other is more "anti-war".
"They" say there will be wars. It's just the way it is.
I believe "they" will start one if you don't believe "them".
To some of us it just doesn't matter. We've been had so many times we're

I've been a
Marine, a Vietnam Vet, a bike mechanic, a store owner, an inn owner, a
mason, carpenter, plumber, maid, cook, etc.
I slept behind the counter at my bike shop after working from sun-up to
after midnight.
I've taken care of inn guests, led bike rides and laid cement rock walkways
until after ten PM.
I've done the some of the same, plus responded to emergencies, gone to fire
department meetings, worked at a cabinet shop, and gone to welding class
until after 10 plus the ride home.
I've worn a lot of hats, done a lot of things that most of America
will/would not do for me including being inside my septic tank.
For all that I've created and labored fro I've been called lazy.
After spending 90% of my life celibate and/or sleeping alone, I'm called a
whore.
I've asked for transcripts or just word of mouth information about what has
transpired in court and other wise to contribute to my demise.
So far court has been held without my attendance- I was ordered out of the
court room.
I've asked a clergyman who was there for the truth but that only tells me
for whom he really works.
To make me a liar (and right they can do it anyway), please, get a
transcript (before the judge can change that too).
This is real America. Here in the USA you will appeal for some justice at
$150 an hour.
Please prove me wrong. Anyone reading this. Are you a lawyer or someone just
interested in some resemblance of justice?
I beg for any doubter in what I say to prove me wrong. Look at the
"hearing's transcript. Interview my peers.
Prove me wrong that there were no improprieties in my case, prove to
everyone that I was given justice.
For many years of work and sacrifice I am rewarded for my labor by being
able to take some useless personal items.
Obama or McCain. Let me think about what
they will do for this Vietnam Veteran.
I'll just walk down memory lane as we think about all the wonders we Vets of
this war, the last war, and the next war will reap for our sacrifices.
Upon getting back from mine I was immediately ostracized from one thing or
another through my doing I suppose.
I didn't fit in and there wasn't a known cure for it.
To say that I struggled is to understate, incredibly.
I got one job because I was immediately understood to
be honest.
That was the only requirement that the owners seemed to be interested in.
This was working on bicycles.
The instant gratification learning and working on something so simple,
unappreciated, but so necessary was intoxicating.
I loved the machine that would me on thousands of
wonderful, beautiful, and exiting adventures.
This machine rebuilt me, would almost kill me, and
rebuild me again. There was a lot of rebuilding the bicycle as well.
I would have many bikes. I have most of them or saw them last August anyway. |

Almost everything you see,
can't see, and could imagine about this Bicycle Inn, I Michael Davis had a
hand in.
Jim Reeves and I built this place. Jim was indeed the brains. Jim is a
master carpenter.
I'm not only banned from the house I built (not the occupants, not the
county police, not the judge Lyerly), I'm even told I shouldn't have a
picture of the Bicycle Inn that I built.
I am represented in all these pictures, and thousands of pictures at the
Bicycle Inn.
I once had a bike shop. I once had a livelihood. I once owned the Bicycle
Inn.
I've corresponded the thoughts to the Sheriff's Dept. of Mitchell County.
I've plead for an investigation of my dilemma by the Mitchell News Journal
because No one seemed interested that I was being robbed and maligned.
I recently sent the email out below in response to another: |
|
I'm not a member of any party.
I just can't see voting for the same 2 parties as always.
That defines insanity.
I'm insane enough.
I just drank some truth serum so bear with me.
I've seen the world through very different.
I fought for my country as a Marine at the DMZ.
I contracted 2 types of malaria at the same time while over there.
I slept in trenches, rocks in streams, I've cut bamboo for the traces of
water in the sections, I've drunk water from puddles, I've seen the agony of
defeat, etc.
On my return with no ambition to do drugs of any kind including aspirin I
was arrested for having "grains" of marijuana mixed with my Prince Albert
tobacco.
I spent 45 days on the chain gang for doing nothing to anyone, not even
myself.
This is the way our country worked then and 30 years later a court is held
I'm falsely accused of violence.
I cannot return to my home that I built. I was in on every phase of
construction.
I laid all the rock for walkways. I worked until after dark many times.
I built that home, not the people who drove me away.
I was driven away 3 times in 10 years.
But to listen to the "moral majority", I was violent, ___ is a terrible
person for "luring" me away.
The fact is I was hit in the face my my "wonderful wife" on several
occasions.
This was to provoke me to anger and react quickly and negatively, so as to
earn myself a stay in jail.
I didn't comply. I never hit my wife. I never committed one act against her.
I left because I met someone I didn't want to get away- ____.
I left because nothing would ever change. I would not be helped so that I
could help the Bicycle Inn and my family.
I was to sneak out of my home as a thief in the night because of the
reprisal that was in store for me.
I was right.
A judge holds court, refuses to hear my side of anything, refuses to
research my computer and other computers for evidence, I'm told to wait
outside the courtroom.
Court about me is held in my absence.
A museum to cycling is destroyed. My livelihood is destroyed.
I plead with the authorities to investigate the absolute fraud that has
taken place.
I built all that's there with a bad back.
If a man carried 2 sheets of sheetrock up to the second floor, then I did as
well.
I rolled huge rocks onto an old Dodge D-50 pickup truck using boards until
after dark.
I mixed and laid cement and rock until after dark for years.
My requests fall on deaf ears.
The more money you have the more you'll be listened to.
I need only to say OJ Simpson and I'm not saying if he did his crime or not.
Alan Dershowitz would tell you quickly that an ordinary person without
means, unlike Sonny Von Bulow, would have been convicted.
I had a bike shop worth close to a hundred thou at one time.
I've had everything taken away and a few meager belongings were all I could
take and that had to be quickly with a police escort.
This is the very, very, short version of this story.
All of my adult life I have raised money for charities.
Decades ago it was Cyctic Fibrosis.
It's been a lot of things since.
Even now I work for this country in that regard with ________ last and
this year as well as the Orangeburg River's Bridge Ride to curb gangs in SC.
Through it all I can come across as being angry.
It would never be that I'm just hurt. I'm classified as angry. While I have
my God given right to be angry, I am indeed hurt like hell.
Still I try to help this country without a clue.
So I continue to help and I might say something in passing that could imply
that it's futile to vote.
There is nothing that this country can ever do for me to restore my faith in
it.
It surely is the best country in the world. Let me say that before you do.
However, for a lot of us who have been through similar quagmires such as I
have, we are without representation.
There will not be enough sensible bike lanes, friendlier motorists,
alternative energy, or anything that can make up for what has been done to
us.
I am certainly with the disenfranchised. Still, I am hurt, not angry. I try
to help.
So in order to define where I really stand, I may be required to repeat this
same dribble and we don't have time for it.
Everything is not black and white.
There's more to life than putting people in gated communities and buying
crap.
I've said too much again.
I really didn't want to send the email out the other day but ____ insisted.
I had to add "I think it's like voting."
That little sentence got reactions of disbelief and dare I say, anger.
Thus: "if you don't vote, keep it quiet", so to speak.
So does anyone feel better for having "spoken"?
I don't. I'm still hurt, almost unfunctional, not just disfunctional.
Sorry for the diatribe. I would "up" the medication but I'm not on any.
However the rest of the country is.
Back in the 60s and 70s our wonderful doctors prescribed diet pills to every
adult they could while outlawing a simple weed.
It's a great country, if you can afford it.
Hard work doesn't always pay. Don't look for justice on this plain.
Honesty must not be the best policy.
This is the way a lot of us look at life. Yet we try to help those who
won't.
I need to ride my bike now.
Happy trails,
PS: a few words from Utopia:
They do not only fear their people from doing evil by punishments, but also
allure them to virtue with rewards of honor. Therefore, they set up in the
marketplace the images of notable men and of such as have been great and
bountiful benefactors to the commonwealth for the perpetual memory of their
good acts, and also that the glory and renown of the ancestors may fire and
provoke their posterity to virtue. He that inordinately and ambitiously
desireth promotions is left all hopeless for ever attaining any promotion as
long as he liveth.
They live together lovingly, for no magistrate is either supercilious
or frightening. Fathers they be called, and like fathers they use
themselves. The citizens (as it is their duty) willingly exhibit unto them
due honor without compulsion. Nor the prince himself is not known from the
other by princely apparel or a robe of state, nor by a crown or diadem
royal, or cap of maintenance, but by a little sheaf of corn carried before
him. And so a taper of wax is borne before the bishop, whereby only he is
known.
They have but few laws, for to people so instruct and educated very few
doth suffice. Yea, this thing they chiefly reprove among other nations, that
innumerable books of laws and expositions upon the same be not sufficient.
But they think it against all right and justice that men should be bound to
those laws which either be in number more than be able to be read, or else
blinder and darker than that any man can well understand them. Furthermore,
they utterly exclude and banish all attorneys, proctors, and
sergeants-at-the-law, which craftily handle matters and subtly dispute of
the laws. For they think it most meet that every man should plead his own
matter, and tell the same tale before the judge that he would tell to his
lawyer. So shall there be less circumstance of words, and the truth shall
sooner come to light, whiles the judge with a discreet judgment doth weigh
the words of him whom no lawyer hath instruct with deceit, and whiles he
helpeth and beareth out simple wits against the false and malicious
circumventions of crafty children.

We had a fire years ago,
Bikes were lost. Aluminum and carbon fiber were melted to puddles and
ribbons. |
|

I mowed almost all the necessary mowing. Another might come.

My instructions as to what the "Inn" needed went unheeded. I would do
the job that my "helper" did just days later.
The pulling of weeds and grass was necessary, not mowing the same
weeds twice in one week.

I would pull or dig up weeds while others would chop the tops off
dandelions or just mow.

I did this and thousands of dollars worth of roack walkways and walls.

This was one of my weapons of grass destruction.

I
won't say when but for almost 20 years of a relationship I slept either
alone in the almost humblest of conditions or in a king sized bed with my
own set of bed-linen and blanket.
For more than 90% of my life, and I'm almost 60, I've
slept alone.

My Child Is A Terrific Student At
Harvard
A prominent psychiatric drug researcher -- the man
responsible for pushing pediatric "bipolar disorder" and
boosting sales of mind-altering drugs to children -- has
just been exposed in a New York Times article for lying
about $1.6 million he received from drug companies. An
investigation by Sen. Charles Grassley's office caught Dr.
Biederman and colleagues lying on conflict-of-interest
forms about how much money they had received from drug
giants like Eli Lilly, even while they were engaged in
medical experiments on children using the exact same drugs
sold by those companies.
These doctors work for
Harvard Medical School and routinely
performed mind-altering medical experiments on four- to
six-year old children, dosing them with psychoactive drugs
to see what the chemicals will do to childrens' brains. (And
you thought experimenting on children was illegal? Think
again: It's psychiatry!)
My feature article today
exposes the crimes against children that continue to be
committed by criminal-minded psychiatric researchers who are
on the take from drug companies. It's time to stop
the chemical molestation of our children by the
psychiatric industry and start arresting, prosecuting and
imprisoning these criminals who pretend to be practicing
medicine under the label of "psychiatry." Read my feature
story below for full details:
Also today: Anti-psychotic
drugs found useless | Vitamin studies flawed | Chemical
industry partners with EPA to poison America | Fast food

being wiped out! | and more...

These pictures were taken on the 13th of October, 2007 |

This is what I do. I take pictures. I repair them. I crop them. I limit
the colors. I put them on the web.

I've taken thousands of pictures of "Inn" guests.

I take pictures of people I don't know. This one reminds me of my
daughter. She loved dressing as a princess.
All girls are princesses.

All people are people and deserve respect.

All people need to be free of harassment.

All people-every one of them.

If you believe in a habitat for these life forms, why not humans?

______________________________
I'm 59 years old now. I was hoping at this stage
in my life I'd be smarter.
I'd make fewer mistakes, I'd be revered or revered by more people,
or that I'd be revered by the same people who used to.
It's been decades since my "enlightenment" to my current beliefs.
I thought that bike lanes would be all over America and cycling would have
the support of the "masses".
I thought we would have had the "war to end all wars".
I thought at least here in the USA we would see more light.
I thought "we" would learn to live among ourselves.
But alas, life has more twists and turns than Chubby Checker in a blender.
A black couple visit relatives here "Whiteville".
Being God fearing they go to the nearest church which is white.
The pastor welcomes them and adds that they are welcome anytime.
The deacon stands and contradicts the Reverend.
The Reverend reiterates that the couple are welcome.
The deacon avers that they are not. Blacks have been permitted to attend
weddings and funerals.
The blacks cannot attend a regular service.
They will be buried with some others if they do.
I grew tired of being white so long ago.
I grew tired of churches that didn't live up to their potential.
I fought alongside blacks in Vietnam.
I was the first to openly date a black girl in my home town.
I was the first to be charged and prosecuted falsely for having grains of
Marijuana in my Prince Albert tobacco.
I was the first to be sent to a local "chain-gang" for such a heinous crime.
It was mostly a white conspiracy that brought this about.
However it was a collaboration among agencies and races within those
agencies.
I'm reminded all my life how our judicial system is negligent and
fraudulent.
The system is "have money, hire lawyers".
Also, don't offend anybody if you're in Whiteville or Blackville.
So I gave up being white long ago.
I can't be black either.
I ride into Gotham and I speak to poor passers-by.
I get positive responses and negatives.
Sometimes I say to myself, "they think I'm white".
When I'm in the company of the affluent I say, "they think I'm black".
What makes someone black?
What makes someone non-white?
I'm hit with unknown objects from black and white drivers as I ride my
bicycle.
I'm not sure what's worse, getting hit on purpose because of labeling or
indiscriminately.
I've certainly not been judged by the content of my character at times. |
I'm told I don't have the right to use scriptures.
I suppose I must seek a pastor, a priest, a rabbi, a_______.
God has told me otherwise.
"do not resist him who is evil; but whoever slaps you
on your right cheek, turn to him the other also.
And if anyone wants to sue you, and take your shirt, let him have your coat
also.
"love your enemies, and pray for those who persecute you."
"when you pray, you are not to be as the hypocrites;
for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and on the street corners,
in order to be seen by men.
But you, when you pray, go into your inner room, and when you have shut your
door, pray to your Father who is in secret......
And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition, as the Gentiles
do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.
Therefore do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before
you ask Him.
Pray, then, in this way:
"Our Father who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the power, and the glory, forever, Amen
You are those who justify yourselves in the sight of men, but God knows your
hearts;
for that which is highly esteemed among men is detestable in the sight of
God.
The thief comes only to steal, and kill, and destroy;
I came that they may have life and might have it more abundantly.
Blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the gentle for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be
satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called the sons of God.
Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when men cast insults at you, and persecute you, and say all
kinds of evil against you falsely, on account of Me.
Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep's clothing, but
inwardly are ravenous wolves.
You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn
bushes, nor figs from thistles, are they?

Woe to you lawyers as well! For
you weigh men down with burdens hard to bear, while you yourselves willnot
even touch the burdens with one of your fingers.
Woe to you!
For you build the tombs of the prophets, and it was your fathers who killed
them.
Consequently, you are witnesses and approve the deeds of your fathers;
because it was they who killed them, and you build their tombs.
For this reason also the wisdom of God said, I will send to them prophets
and apostles, and some of them they will kill and some they will persecute,
in order that the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who perished
between the altar and the house of God; yes, I tell you, it shall be charged
against this generation.
Woe to you lawyers!
For you have taken away the key of knowledge; you did not enter in
yourselves, and those who were entering in you hindered. |

Matthew 5:32
"but I say unto you that who divorces his wife, except for the cause of
unchastity, makes her commit adultery;
and whoever marries a divorced woman commits adultery."
I've never divorced anyone. I did marry a divorced woman.
I married to provide a better life for this woman and daughter. I am guilty
of adultery. |
Today the lawyers and Pharisees allow drug testing on our children.
Decades ago our physicians prescribed diet pills that killed.
Today citizens think that electing an appointed contender for public office
will cure our ills.
They save the whales. They prevent Wal-Marts from opening.
They allow good people to go to prison for victimless crimes while there is
wholesale murder from alcohol and prescription drugs. |

Law and disorder: Criminals go free to prey on public
|
|
Sunday:
Criminals on parole kill, rob and rape all too often in a state where repeat
offenders routinely rae released into a system too under-manned and
ill-equipped to maintain control.
|
Monday:
On the streets, police and probation agents deal daily with a demoralizing
and frustrating cycle in which they arrest the same people over and over.
|
Tuesday:
Judges play a judicial game of Russian roulette, deciding which criminals
are safe to let out on probation and which ones are a danger to the
community. The wrong call could have deadly consequences.
|
Today:
Attorney General Henry McMaster wants to abolish parole for all offenders.
Is that the solution or a potential new problem? |
|
Gee, I'm not very smart but let
me think a second.
The USA (United States of the Affluent) is the most
imprisoned nation on the planet.
Perpetrators of victimless crimes are imprisoned every day.
Very questionable, wrong, and illegal verdicts are handed out often relating
to the amount of money spent on attorneys.
Even after DNA has cleared the convicted they have remained on death row.
Judges hold secret courts from the accused.
Evidence is ignored.
What percentage of Senators and representatives are attorneys?
How many judges have been attorneys?
So what concentration of "agreeable thinking" would be at fault here?
These are like-minded people who believe:
in great food, great health care for themselves, great justice for
themselves, great pay-raises for themselves.
Bottom line: give everybody the same "justice".
Make it "true justice for all".
I hope someday the only "gated community" will be for those who harm others.
