Paulette graduated from Berea College in Kentucky.
Paulette taught latin for years at St. Geneveve in Asheville, NC.
Paulette co-owned and worked full time at Pro-Bikes in Asheville, NC.
Paulette now teaches Latin and English at Mitchell High School in Mitchell County.
 

Currently: Owner of the "Bicycle Inn" of Bakersville, NC, 
an inn for cyclists, hikers, and everyone else.
